32oz Gray Neoprene Sleeve

I would give it a zero star, but that isn’t an option. I was actually super excited about this product as I wanted to stop using hydration sleeves and this would allow my water bottle to stay colder longer. Well I got this as a Christmas present and used it for 1 trip (2 days) during the winter. I just used it for the second time (3rd day) and the seam where the hook loop is connected has torn and the loop is barely connected. I reached out to Nalgene customer support and the response I receive was we don’t warranty our sleeves. Buyer be aware – Nalgene does not stand by the quality of their product. It’s a shame that I’ve wasted $20 on a product. I’ve never had an outdoor brand not stand by their product before (especially a $20 product).

I previously left a review about the sleeve being an inch short for the four sleeves that I purchased. I was surprised to find that Nalgene didn’t even publish my review as I think it’s important for others to know about this issue. It’s troubling that Nalgene didn’t publish my review as it doesn’t allow for transparency when it comes to buying products. I was told that someone would be following up with me to offer a refund, but I have not heard from anyone from Nalgene. My interactions with Nalgene customer service continue to leave me very disappointed as I have already reached out many times through email and have not gotten any responses.

These sleeves are a standard size made specifically for the Nalgene 32oz bottles. If you are not happy with the size, we would be happy to offer you a refund. Someone should be following back up with you on this matter shortly.

Just to add to my previous review.. The 32oz ultralight bottle is slightly shorter than the sustain bottle so it fits the sleeve as intended. The 32oz oasis canteen actually fits quite well in the sleeve also. The 32oz sustain bottle could use a bit taller of a sleeve as mentioned.
I like the graphics and color, has the look of topo map lines and just enough color to make it interesting but not too loud.
Overall I am satisfied, especially for $5.

Mine seems to be about an inch short on the 32oz wide mouth, and that’s after stretching it out a bit.
What am I missing here?

Otherwise its very nice, but why too small?
