When I was climbing in Antarctica the zipper repeatedly froze shut, preventing me from even opening the sleeve. At one point when I tried to open it the zipper pull broke open and the zipper pull disconnected from the zipper. Really disappointed that something that is supposed to work in the cold does not.

Can I use anything other than the default flat Nalgene cap such as the Fitness, OTF, multidrink , ATB? I just want to be sure I can zip it shut

This thing is great! It keeps iced water pretty well (and condensation off my desk at work) all day long, and from what I hear, keeps water from freezing pretty good too.
I see that this has been around since at least 2017, will there ever be another option for color? Blue? Red? Green? Pink? Blaze orange?
