This is by far the best water bottle Ive ever used, I use to carry around a huge jug, but this one is the right amount, not too much where its cumbersome or too little where I’m constantly having to refill it. I love the squeeze factor about it that sets it apart from the other nalgene bottles in the same size. The one bad thing that I do think is missing from this water bottle is some sort of handle to attach it to a bag or just carry around. To remedy this situation i bought the 22oz fitness draft bottle and took off the cap and handle from it and put it on this bottle, now it definitely is the best and perfect fitness bottle. I even bought a few for family members and my girlfriend.

My niece needed a clear cup for water/drinks. She said this bottle was perfect and not too big or small. It was easy to fill and use and big enough for ice! Would recommend this item!
